Normal Attack – As Water Seeks Equilibrium

Normal Attack

Lightly waves his cane, commanding the tides to unleash a maximum of 3 attacks, dealing Hydro DMG.

Charged Attack Empowerment: Legal Evalutation

While charging up, Neuvillete will gather the power of water, forming it into a Seal of Arbitration. In this state, Neuillete can move and change facing, and also absorb any Sourcewater Droplets in a certain AoE. Every Droplet he absorbs will increase the formation speed of the Seal, and will heal Neuvillete based on his Max HP. When the charging is stopped, if the Symbol has yet to be formed, then a Charged Attack will be unleashed. It if has been formed, then a Charged Attack: Equitable Judgement will be unleashed.

Charged Attack

Consumes a fixed amount of Stamina to attack opponents with a rupturing ring of water, dealing AoR Hydro DMG.

Charged Attack: Equitable Judgment

Unleashes surging torrents, dealing continuous AoE Hydro DMG to all opponents in a straight-line area in front of him. Equitable Judgment will not consume any Stamina and lasts X second(s). If Neuvillete’s HP is above 50%, he will continuously lose HP while using this attack.

Plunging Attack

Gathering the might of Hydro, Neuvillete plunges towards the ground from mid-air, damaging all opponents in his path. Deals AoE Hydro DMG upon impact with the ground.

Elemental Skill – O Tears I Shall Repay

Summons a Raging Waterfall that will deal AoE Hydro DMG to opponents in front of him. After hitting an opponent, this skill will generate 3 Sourcewater Droplets near that opponent.

Arkhe: Pneuma

At certain intervals, when the Raging Waterfall descends, a Spiritbreath Thorn will emerge that will pierce opponents, dealing Pneuma-aligned Hydro DMG.

Elemental Burst – O Tides, I Have Returned

Unleashes a rupturing wave that will deal AoE Hydro DMG based on Neuvillete’s Max HP. After a short interval, 2 waterfalls will descend and deal Hydro DMG in a somewhat smaller AoE, and will generate 6 Sourcewwater Droplets within an area in front.

Neuvillette Passives in Genshin Impact

Heir to the Ancient Sea’s Authority

When a party member triggers a Vaporize, Frozen, Electro-Charged, Bloom, Hydro Swirl, or a Hydro Crystallize reaction on opponents, 1 stack of Past Draconic Glories will be granted to Neuvillete for 30s. Max 3 stacks. Will increase the DMG of Charged Attack: Equitable Judgment by 110%/130%/160%. Each Past Draconic Glories stack created by each Elemental Reaction exists independently.

Discipline of Supreme Arbitration

For each 1% of Neuvillete’s HP over 30%, he will gain 0.6% Hydro DMG Bonus. A maximum of 30% can be obtained this way.

Gather Like the Tide

All party members’ underwater Movement SPD will be increased by 15%.

• Level 1 – Venerable Institution: When Neuvillete takes the field, he will obtain 1 stack of past Draconic Glories from the Passive Talent “Heir to the Ancient Sea’s Legacy.” You must first unlock the Passive Talent “Heir to the Ancient Sea’s Authority.” Additionally, his interruption resistance will be increased when using Charged Attack: Equitable Judgment.

• Level 5 – Axiomatic Judgment: Increase the Level of O Tides, I Have Returned by 3. Maximum upgrade level is 15.
• Level 6 – Wrathful Recompense: When using Charged Attack: Equitable Judgment, Neuvillete can absorb nearby Sourcewater Droplets in an AoE. Each absorbed Droplet will increase the duration of Charged Attack: Equitable Judgment by 1. Additionally, when Equitable Judgment hits opponents, it will fire off 2 additional currents every 2s, each of which will deal 10% of Neuvillete’s Max HP as Hydro DMG. DMG dealt this way will count as DMG dealt by Equitable Judgment.

Best Neuvillette Artifacts in Genshin Impact

The best artifact set for Neuvillete in Genshin Impact is Marechausee Hunter. This is because Neuvillette is dependent on both HP as well as charged attacks to deal damage. This artifact set covers both those areas.

The best weapon for Neuvillette in Genshin Impact is Tome of the Eternal Flow. This is his signature 5-star catalyst and it provides CRIT DMG as a substat that is beneficial for Neuvillette. This catalyst also increases the HP of the wearer by 16%.

Whenever the HP increases or decreases, the Charged ATK damage of the wearer is increased by 14% for 4s. This effect has a maximum of 3 stacks. This effect can also be triggered once every 0.3s. Additionally, once the wearer has 3 stacks, they will gain 8 energy.

This weapon, however, can only be obtained from the weapon banner at limited times. However, if you are looking for a secondary option, then Lost Prayer to the Sacred Winds is a powerful choice for Neuvillette.

Apart from that, The Widsith is a weapon that you can never go wrong with, especially if you have it at refinement 5. Lastly, Sacrificial Jade is also a pretty good choice for him in terms of 4-star options.

Best Neuvillette Team Comp in Genshin Impact

Neuvillette is a powerful DPS, but the game currently lacks a proper unit that can buff him. Therefore, his team is heavily reliant on other top-tier units with whom he can somewhat synergize. One of the best teams to go with right now include Neuvillette, Raiden Shogun, Kazuha, and Zhongli.

In this team, Kazuha and Zhongli help enhance Nevillette’s damage while Raiden helps with reaction damage as well as solves energy problems. You can also run Fischl instead of Raiden in this team.

Additionally, Neuvillette can also work in a team with Yae Miko, Nahida, and Kazuha in a Hyperbloom set-up. This team has a pretty good overall damage output, even though Neuvillette’s own damage falls off quite a bit.
